One of the peculiarities of the FIAT Metaverse Store is that customers are provided with real-time support from FIAT’s Product Genius, who is a real person and is always there to answer any questions.
Upon dropping by the FIAT Metaverse Store, clients will be greeted by the Product Genius who will conduct a comprehensive presentation of FIAT’s flagship model, the New 500 La Prima by Bocelli. After the introduction, the visitors will learn all the electric car's technical specifications as well as have a look at the vehicle in sweeping 360-degree views. Of course, all the queries will be answered with utmost care for detail.
Thanks to the FIAT Metaverse Store's immersive tool, clients will also be able to customize the car by choosing its body, color, interiors, and multiple other features in real time. The icing on the cake will be the captivating driving experience on board the New 500 La Prima by Bocelli on La Pista 500 – the legendary rooftop track in Turin.
The FIAT Metaverse Store was created as a result of the partnership with the Metaverse-as-a-Service company Touchcast and the tech giant Microsoft. While Touchcast is built on the Microsoft Cloud, the platform offers clients seamless access to the metaverse without VR headsets, NFT avatars, or special hardware needed. Thus visitors to the FIAT Metaverse Store will be able to make a complete purchase of the New 500 La Prima by Bocelli in the showroom with the entire New 500 line-up coming by the end of 2022. The other FIAT models as well as VR showrooms in other countries are promised to become available in the first quarter of 2023.
Currently, the Product Genius is available through the Italian FIAT Metaverse Store from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm (CET) and on Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm (CET).
Additionally, all buyers from Italy can also visit an IRL showroom in multiple FIAT dealerships throughout the country.
