As part of the brand-new G-Class series promotion, Mercedes-Benz has partnered with Art2People to create a one-of-a-kind NFT collection to celebrate the G-Class 40’s anniversary. The luxury car brand announced its plans via a post on the Twitter platform.
Thus, five artists in a variety of creative fields like music, fashion, graphic design, architecture, creative marketing, luxury design, and real estate, were chosen to represent Mercedes G-Class-inspired works, each in their own unique style. The expert team includes Charlotte Taylor x Anthony Authie, Roger Kilimanjaro, Baugasm, Klarens Malluta, and Antoni Tudisco.
The never-before-seen Mercedes collection is an exclusive blend of digital art and hand-made craft. Besides, the collection is a perfect example of how two different spheres can be brought together in a single-way, creative collaboration. The authors call their creation „OG“ while dropping not just usual NFTs but so-called NFGs (Non-Fungible G-Class).
What’s more interesting, when the drop hits $1 million collective sales, there will be a physical G-Class raffle drop for all NFGs’ holders. All tokens can be bought freely with a usual bank card without using cryptocurrency. Another surprise awaits the community members with a reach of $2 million.
The five exclusive Mercedes G-Class NFTs, with price tags ranging from $222 up to $1,554, will be released on Nifty Gateway this Sunday, January 23.
