The Mafia holds properties in SandBox and CryptoVoxels that will be rented out to businesses in the near future. DAO’s decide on what happens to the rental income. 15% of all rental income is distributed across Hodlers while the rest of the funds will be used for purchasing new properties which in turn will again generate rent — the Cycle goes on.
