The legendary artists Alex and Allyson Grey are releasing their debut NFT collection. Alex Grey is an American artist, writer, teacher, and Vajrayana practitioner known for creating spiritual and psychedelic paintings. His wife Allyson Grey is a painter and sculptor. Both of them are passionate about revealing energies of body and soul, love and spirit, and convey their findings through the artworks.
On April 10, Alex Grey and Allyson Grey are releasing their ‘Gems of Awareness’ NFT collection on Nifty Gateway. Within the collection, there will be 9 unique NFT animations that are crystallizations of Alex and Allyson’s psychedelic visionary experiences. ‘Gems of Awareness’ are presented by Trippy who has become the advisor for hosting Alex and Allyson’s entry into the world of NFT.
“They portray the elevation of consciousness and identity with a higher power, languages of the Spirit, and spectral geometries of the Soul. We are both painters, so each animation was based on a specific work and expanded by animation to new dimensions” – the artists describe their NFT drop.
With this drop, Alex and Allyson want to raise funds to complete Entheon, Sanctuary of Visionary Art at CoSM, an art church in the Hudson Valley of New York.
