Contemporary artist and the pigeon guy is coming back to Nifty Gateway! On June 9th, DotPigeon releases the ‘Fly Me to the Moon’ NFT Collection. It features 9 limited-edition drawings for collectors of his past works!
“The goal of this drop is to crystallize a moment, to speak the language of our community, to highlight the idioms, attitudes, and behaviors of those who are part of it. It is from here that “Fly me to the moon” was born” – says DotPigeon.
‘Fly Me to the Moon’ features the $ 1 Drawings, some Easter eggs, the "bubble", blue chip artists, etc.
The visually recurring theme is that of space, the houses in which the riot guy acts have furniture and design pieces inside them ranging from the 60s and 70s. Among the many objects and furnishings, there is the 'Ufo' dining table designed by Luigi Saccardo, 'Le Témoin' by Man Ray, the lamp 'Pillola' by Cesare Casati and Emanuele Ponzio, the 'Boomerang desk' by Maurice Calka, etc.
