Organ donation awareness is our project through means of an NFT drop. The Parsons family has created hundreds of original paintings over the last three decades. This collective artwork represents a family whom art is a way of expressive existence. To visit the Parsons' home is to visit an art gallery with original paintings on display on every wall of the Parsons' home, and many more waiting for thier own wall space. Recently we were inspired while watching an episode Painting with Bob Ross to consider selling our artwork. Mr Ross, while painting effortlessly and reminiscing about his walls being filled with his paintings suddenly stopped and gazed at the camera and said, "If you fill your walls with your paintings, then its time to sell them and start over." We agree with this sentiment and have a worthy cause in raising awareness to organ donation, and to shine a light on the struggles families encounter while searching for meaningful answers. Organ donation awareness is a high priority with the Parsons family as one in the family is currently experiencing liver failure. Our hope and goal is to raise funds for his care including a possible liver transplant operation while also helping to bring attention to the very important issue of organ donation awareness, 5% of all sales will be donated to organizations to help achieve this goal.
The PaintingParsons have created NFTs of selected paintings and will sell our original artwork on OpenSea, the original paintings will be available via unlockable content in certain 1/1 NFTs. Over the next 8 months we will be selectively releasing a set number of paintings each month. 25 of our paintings will be chosen for the creation of 1,215 NFTs dropped each month totaling 9,720. An additional 280 NFTs will be created in the form of collages to finish our collection of 10,000 NFTs.
