British luxury fashion house Burberry drops its first-ever NFT Collection in partnership with the multiplayer game Blankos Block Party. The collection will go live on August 11th at the Mythical Marketplace.
Blankos Block Party is a multiplayer party game featuring digital vinyl toys (Blankos) that live on a blockchain. All players are provided with proof of verified ownership and authenticity of their toys. By the way, Burberry is the first luxury brand to be featured in Blankos Block Party.
The ‘B Series’ NFT Collection by Burberry includes a vinyl NFT toy, the limited-edition character Sharky B, and accessories for the game Blankos Block Party such as a jetpack, armbands, and pool shoes, which players can apply to any Blanko they own.
Sharky B is inspired by the brand’s Animal Kingdom house code. It is adorned with Burberry’s new TB Summer Monogram. “Sharky B can also be trained to master an array of powers, including speed and agility, ensuring both the toy’s uniqueness and rarity.”
