In March of 2022, we sent a collection of 60 NFTs to a group of Peruvian shamans near Cusco, Peru. We were looking for a medicine doctor to properly bless these pieces and their future owners. The shamans got together and prayed for days until deciding that this sacred task was best suited for only one shaman, Maestro Lucio. The next day, after taking large doses of Ayahuasca, Maestro Lucio’s spirit and mind were expanded, and he began to prophesy. One by one, he blessed and anointed each of the 60 NFTs individually while recording each session. It is his voice you hear on each piece. Each of these consecrated NFTS are now available to you. It is our hope that you choose wisely as these pieces are sacred and belong in good hands. We pray that you choose wisely.
Aside from the shaman Maestro Lucio, the entire Ayahuasca Offerings team received help, assistance, and guidance using intoxicating substances during every phase of the project. From caffeine to 2CD and even ayahuasca, everybody utilized their own form of mental inspiration while working to bring this project to pass. The Ayahuasca Offering creators believe that these mind-expanding substances, used in a work environment, can be an enormous benefit to the creative process.
This special working team is all sharing in the benefits of this NFT project. Each person involved was a true blessing to work with. Lei was truly instrumental for providing the elaborate textured art. Denis did a great job of making the original pieces into 3D renderings. Barbara did the translations and Pradeep helped with the website. Of course, Hodge Porter made the background music and without the Peruvian Shamans, this project would never have been a success.
