Arlecchino was born as a poor servant, historically quite unfaithful to his master, who often becomes the target of jokes, pranks, and hoaxes. Rich in imagination he is also lively, likable, and irreverent though unfortunate and at times funny. Always greedy, he invents all kinds of things in order to eat.
