Roadmap
STEP 1:
First Collection: AMAZING PLACES NFT
In this first collection, 50% of the funds raised will be distributed among the artists who collaborated by contributing their Audiovisual material. The remaining 50% will be invested in the creation of new collections, and a portion will be raffled among the members of our community. The owners of this collection will receive in the course of time some surprises benefits that will be announced in the next months.
In addition, the Amazing Places NFT Holders will be able to obtain a profit margin from the companies and/or brands derived from all the upcoming collections created by EC COMPANY NFT, an advantage they will obtain over the rest, for being the promoters of this project.
In the next collections after Amazing Places NFT, the holders of any NFT of EC COMPANY NFT, will only obtain benefits from the companies and/or brands created or related to the collection to which their NFT belongs.
STEP 2:
Launch of the Second Collection
When we reach this new milestone, the funds raised will be earmarked as follows: 55% earmarked for the creation of brands and companies. 35% will go to the creator of the collection and 10% will be distributed to the community in the form of raffles and exclusive benefits.
STEP 3:
Creation of brands and companies related to the collection
With the funds raised from the previous collections, we will proceed to the creation of brands and companies both in Ecuador and in the rest of the world, diversifying the business portfolio in places such as the European continent, USA and other regions with strong economies.
We will focus on the search for highly qualified personnel to assist in the task of management and control of organizations, in order to successfully position and consolidate our products and / or services in the market both nationally (Ecuador) and internationally.
The net profits of these companies and brands (Net Profit = money that remains to the company after covering all its commitments, understood as payments, operating expenses and tax payments) will be distributed in 35% to the community behind the collection that owns the brand and / or company, and 35% to the creator.
For a total of 70%, profits will be distributed at the end of the fiscal year. The date of the distribution of net profits will be made according to the cut-off date of the fiscal year of the country where the company and/or brand is operating.
The remaining 30% will be allocated to reserve funds, which may be used for growth, investments and diversification of the company’s and/or brand’s portfolio, which will bring positive benefits to the community.
STEP 4:
Launching of more collections
We repeat step 2, taking into account that between one collection and another it will take a prudent time of some months to analyze, study, develop, materialize and materialize the business idea that will be associated with each collection.

Creation of more brands and/or companies related to each collection
We repeat step 3 for each of the brands and/or companies associated with each collection.
Our goal is to provide the greatest amount of benefits to the community behind each collection, generate jobs, positively impact the lives of people who are part of the companies, develop and enhance tourism in Ecuador and the world, make known magical places of great tourist interest, make the world look at this small Latin American country as an example in the use of new technologies, web 3.0 and business.
