Reuben Wu is a director, music producer, photographer, and participant of the Ladytron band. His artistic work is inspired by a desire to discover new locations as if they had been uncharted territory. He served as an industrial designer before joining the band entire in 2002. His graphic art profession started 8 years ago, when the band disbanded and he was willing to devote his undivided attention to his artistic achievement. Since then, he has worked on projects for Apple’s "Shot On iPhone" project, GE, Jaguar Land Rover, Inters cope For Christina Aguilera's 2010 album Bionic and Google. Wu recorded and participated as co-writer in two songs:

On April 2021, Reuben Wu joined the NFT space with the ‘EX STASIS’ release. This breathtaking audiovisual NFT drop is a collection of 4 audiovisual art pieces from the Lux Noctis project. It captures intimate landscapes with practical in-camera lighting effects combined with intimate settings. With camera and drone in hand, Reuben Wu ventured through the difficult frozen landscape to film the Cordillera Blanca's ephemeral glaciers. His intention, as with many of his creations, was to represent locations that seemed to be unconstrained by time or place.
