Greetings Earthlings! What is The Donut Galaxy you ask?? Well…
Some time ago…in fact nearly a year ago, Zort and Ort crash landed their starship atop a donut shop in the still, early morning light, somewhere in San Diego California. With no choice but to exit their broken ship, they slipped their way down the sides of the building and peered through its windows. Sweet smells of delicious donuts filled the air as Zort and Ort observed two humans bake, sprinkle and glaze their morning creations.
With a slimy tentacle, Zort opened the door and the alien pair crept in slowly. They approached the two early morning workers with fascination. Stunned by what they were looking at, the two workers froze in place, and dropped their coffee to the floor.
“BLATTO VON SNELL WHADDA” Zort murmured.
“SMEDDA COM TUDU” Ort suggested.
…and in a slippery second, Zort and Ort squirmed their way into the earhole of each human, taking control of their bodies in the process.
“VEEDE” Zort exclaimed.
“SLEE VEEDE” Zort replied.
…just then the bell of the front door rang, and in walked their first customer… “I’ll take a Long John Twist Elvis style…” the customer said.
“COMING RIGHT UP!!” Zort announced, shocking himself as he somehow muttered the words…
…and it was in that very moment, zort and ort found themselves the new owners of… THE DONUT GALAXY!
Chris: Hi there! Thanks for taking the time with me. The Donut Galaxy is literally the tastiest NFT I've seen for a while - what prompted the creation of the project?
Donut Galaxy team: Project?? I guess you could call it that. Ort and I need to get back home to precious Zlum.
This is not part of some master plan to take over your planetoid or anything, honestly…we just crashed landed here.
Chris: You got a stunning legend on your site. Who came up with it?
Donut Galaxy team: It was kind of an improvised thing. Ort and I were headed to The Outer Spiral when our ship broke a Zilium Chamber, we had no choice but to head for the nearest planetoid, and next thing you know, our broken ship is sitting on top of a donut shop in something called San Diego.
Chris: On the same note: tell us about your team please. What are your backgrounds and do you do The Donut Galaxy fill time or it's a side project?
Donut Galaxy team: Back at the command center on Zlum, there are three Craniods that can get us up and running again. You know, Zilium Chambers are really complicated and Ort and I have no idea how any of that works, so we need to get in contact with the Craniods to solve this problem. I’ll introduce them…
Lord Smoz has the biggest brain, he basically engineered the first Zilium Chamber. Back on Zlum he has a history of working at some of the largest brain-stations like Microsoft.
Lord Brox has two right sides of his brain, it’s wild to see. Back on Zlum he has a history of working on some of the most imaginative studios, like Warner Brothers and Zynga.
Lord Mok has his tentacles in everything and he has the most tentacles on Zlum. Back home Lord Mok has been involved in many projects at studios like Blizzard Entertainment and Snapchat.
Chris: Great. So what are some cool features of the project that our readers will find valuable?
Donut Galaxy team: Right now there are about 5,000 delicious features for you to taste. If we can get our ship up and running again, the galaxy is vast, who knows what’s out there.
Maybe we could even take to you on a trip to precious Zlum.

Chris: When is your launch and what do you expect from it?
Donut Galaxy team: Launched?? We have crashed landed and need help getting back to precious Zlum. The whole reason we took over The Donut Galaxy is to earn enough to build communications to contact the big brains back home, they can get us back. Precious Zlum is glorious, if you could only see it..
well…that’s an idea actually, we could take you to precious Zlum.
