Three powerhouses in the face of Animoca Brands, Polygon Labs, and Amazon Web Services teamed up to start an accelerator program, MoonRealm Express Accelerator. The newest initiative is aimed at providing support to Web3 builders and accelerating the release of Web3 products and solutions through Mocaverse, Animoca Brands’ flagship project.
Partners expect that MoonRealm Express Accelerator will elevate the progress and expansion in such areas as SocialFi, GameFi, and decentralized identity as well as inspire creators to generate new ideas within Mocaverse.
MoonRealm Express Accelerator, launched on November 16th, is created to help Web3 builders transform their innovative concepts into tangible solutions through an array of Web3 masterclasses, builder-centric hackathons, and incubation opportunities for high-quality projects.
The initial stage of the MoonRealm Express Accelerator will prioritize building and extending Mocaverse's ecosystem, keeping the main focus on the recent launch of Moca ID and Realm Points on the Polygon chain. The first accelerator’s hackathon, set to be announced in early 2024, will involve builders and projects in creating protocols that utilize and expand the Moca ID on-chain identity system while integrating Realm Points as essential assets. The hackathon aims to establish Mocaverse as the leading platform for Web3 loyalty programs.
The robust capabilities of Amazon Web Services, coupled with the expansive network and collaborative endeavors across Web3, cloud computing, AI, and blockchain technologies by Polygon Labs, are expected to contribute to a successful outcome.

According to Animoca Brands’ announcement, Amazon Web Services has committed to invest US$1.1M into the MoonRealm Express Accelerator to support up to 500 startups in the initial stage of the project. In addition to funding, AWS will also provide participating projects with its cloud resources, Web3 masterclasses, go-to-market support, and beyond.
Polygon Labs, in turn, will also organize a series of workshops, offer cash bounties for hackathons, and distribute vouchers for support services from providers within the Polygon ecosystem.
