L’Oreal Group’s Yves Saint Laurent Beauté is coming to the web3, delivering its rich legacy, exceptional products, and experiences by means of NFTs.
The first collection in the series of the forthcoming non-fungible journey has already launched on YSL's token-gated webpage, created in partnership with the Wunderman Thompson agency. A series of 10,000 YSL Beauty Golden Blocks are still available for large Yves Saint Laurent's Instagram and Twitter community members as well as Vivatech (an annual technology conference held in Paris) visitors.
To claim their tokens, the participants of the drop need to install the YSL Beauty Wallet app powered by Arianee for Android or iOS.
Acting as a community engagement token, the 10,000 YSL Beauty Golden Blocks, minted on Polygon with the Arianee Protocol, provide VIP access to the future NFT drops and utilities throughout the year.
On June 21st, the first YSL NFTs will be available for activation. All holders will receive invitations, allowing them to collect their tokens. To reveal all the benefits behind NFT boxes, YSL has teamed up with decentralized platform P00Ls, French musician Agathe Mougin, as well as American DJ Kittens.
Another reason for the exact date of activation is linking to a donation to the It’s On Us in the US and En Avant Toutes in France. These two organizations behind the Abuse is Not Love program stand against violence and humiliation between loving partners.
