We are One is a collection of 7,117 Vibrant Abstract Characters that form an NFT Project that aims to unite people from all over the world regardless of Age, Nationality or Culture to celebrate life and all of its virtues. The ambition is to form a cultural melting pot within our community centred around our Discord Server and Regular Community events up until our launch, and following launch around our very own Sandbox Metaverse WAO Clubhouse. The Clubhouse will feature arcades, lounge space, a non-monetary casino, art galleries along with sports pitches and games for all and much much more. Along with this exciting future, we also aim to spread welfare by donating a portion of revenues to charities that help underprivileged children, supporting homelessness, suicide prevention and in light of the times, we will also be donating to the Ukrainian Red Cross. Too many projects focus on simply selling out, and following this often lose momentum and the valuable community that they built for over the past few months. As such, we will allow our community of holders to vote on major decisions concerning the project such as what we should do in the clubhouse to ensure it is always a place you guys would enjoy spending your time with fellow members, If you guys choose to host a special community event, a party, a charity fundraiser or simply want a change of games or format this is all entirely possible. Motivation As I’m sure you all have seen watching any news channel for the last few years, there is constant conflict and hardship throughout the globe.
We at WAO feel very strongly that people from all over the world need an international community that puts all differences aside, one that they can be a part of that celebrates all cultures, beliefs and people for who they are and who they want to be. WAO offers exactly that, We are a Community-Driven Project that following Mint will be controlled by the community with the team simply acting as facilitators to orchestrate what you guys want from the beautiful community we will have formed by then. What Utilites can the Project Offer?
The We Are One Sandbox Metaverse Clubhouse
- Following the launch of the project, Plot of Land (currently proposed as a 3x3 but subject to adjustment if required) within The Sandbox Metaverse will be purchased to host a WAO Clubhouse featuring an arcade, games area's, a fun ride, sport pitches, a non-monetary casino, a holders art gallery, bars and so much more. A Place for all members to come and visit.
Recurring Revenue Distribution
-5% of recurring monthly open sea revenue will go to the original minters (Minting addresses will be able to claim revenue monthly from OS through our website)
- 5% of recurring monthly open sea revenue will go to current holders (Holders will need to visit our website, connect their wallet and then collect their revenue)
- Non-members will pay $2.5 equivalent for a day pass into the WAO Clubhouse. All revenue is given directly to holders of WAO NFTs Equally once a month. (The price charged can be adjusted to match the preference of Holders)
- Any Brand Collaborations in the future will deliver 5% of profit to Minters and 5% of profit to Holders.
Holders Unique Benefits
- Possessing a We Are One NFT will grant you White-List and discounted mint to all of our future projects.
- Holders get access to an elite chat group for discussing upcoming and existing NFT projects with a particular focus on investments. There will be a Calls and Experienced Caller Channel, accurate consistent good calls will lead to being promoted and granted access to the Experienced Caller Channel as well as monetary bonuses.
- Exclusive Merchandise will be made available to Holder's, these item's will feature in the form of drops. To purchase the items you must posses a WAO NFT at the time of the drop.
- If the Clubhouse within the Sandbox Metaverse is ever to be sold (This will only occur if 51% of holders vote for it) then the revenue will be distributed evenly between Holders. This mean's that the Clubhouse is truly the communities

Minting one of our NFTs will grant you an airdrop of 10 WAO (ERC-20 Tokens) per mint. The total supply will be 100,000 (71,170 for minters and 28,830 reserved for future promotion and giveaways) never increasing with exclusive merchandise and other benefits available only for purchase w WAO tokens.
