MetaFoxes are digital, collectible and extremely adorable foxes built on the Fantom blockchain. They can be bought and sold using FTM, and bred to create new foxes with exciting traits.
MetaFoxes project connects charity and blockchain technologies, 10% of the proceeds from each fox sale or breeding is donated to a charity, specifically to PeTA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) organisation, as we at MetaFoxes are standing against fur farming, animal testing and animal use for entetainment.
Many of us, when thinking about the application of blockchain technologies and in particular the NFT, first of all mean artwork marketplaces or games. However, as the MetaFoxes project shows, charity is another application of these technologies, and the ownership of NFTs in such projects is also a certificate of donation. Together we can change this world for the better, protecting animals and the environment.
