I am a collector and manufacturer of these 'honours caps' which are items awarded and presented to people to commemorate a special event. These caps are generally made from velvet and feature unique metallic wire embroidery and a tassel. They are made bespoke and per event and are intended for the recipient only. They are not generally available for sale to the public, so they are extremely rare and valuable items. However, this is your opportunity to see and collect these caps yourself in 'collector card' form as some of these caps have never been seen in public or photographed before! I would point out that I own these caps and the photographs!
