Popular anime-themed NFT project Azuki is taking its blue-chip success to the next level, inviting NFT enthusiasts into the magical world of elementals. Azuki launches a new NFT collection, dubbed the Azuki Elementals, which features 20,000 unique PFPs coming in different rarities.
The tagline “Four Domains. One Garden” alludes to the mythical realm of four distinct elements: Water, Fire, Earth, and Lightning. A teaser video published via a Twitter post showcased the anime-themed vessels holding these elements. The garden refers to the Azuki ecosystem through the metaverse and IRL.
The Elementals made its first public appearance in the just-concluded ‘Follow the Rabbit’ event in Las Vegas. During the event, the project’s founder team issued a Soulbound Token (SBT) to all Azuki and BEANZ NFT holders to commemorate the time spent in the real-world event. Azuki holders were also rewarded with “an unrevealed and locked Elemental.”
The 20K-piece collection will be released via a Dutch auction on June 27th, with a starting bid of 2 ETH per item. The price will be dropping every 5 minutes until the total supply is sold out. Holders of Azuki and BEANZ collectibles will be given presale access to the Elementals NFT collection.
