A new NFT project highlighting Japanese (Shinto and Buddhist) culture!
An NFT (Crypto) and omamori combination, creating Cryptomamori! First collection size will be 21 unique NFTs (5 held back for giveaways, competitions, etc.)

Omamori are Japanese amulets or talismans commonly sold at Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples. These are dedicated to different Shinto Kami (gods) or Buddhist figures and the talismans provide some form of good luck while the amulets provide protection.
The omamori in these collections are purchased at the official booth at the shrine or temple they belong to, a monetary offering is made to the dedicated shrine Kami or temple Buddhist figure and finally a prayer is offered for the omamori and the NFT owner of the omamori. All done individually for each omamori and while following the proper shrine or temple etiquette.
My hope is to share this interesting aspect of Japan with people all over the world and to allow those who cannot visit Japan themselves to own and benefit from their very own NFT omamori wherever they are! In doing this, I am hoping to raise awareness and money for these temples and shrines, especially during the pandemic where tourism to Japan has significantly decreased.
Each Cryptomamori collection will be from different and unique shrines/temples from all over Japan. Collections will be very small in size as they each have an individual physical equivalent, so good luck to you on acquiring your very own Cryptomamori!
