Zedd, also known as Anton Zaslavski, is a German DJ, record producer, and songwriter born in Russia. His brand name is coined from the first letter of his surname, Zaslavski, and has been with him since he first started producing music professionally in the German town of Kaiserslautern. Zedd’s big break came in 2012 after releasing a hit collaboration with the Foxes, named Clarity. The track made it to number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won him a Grammy award for the Best Dance Recording.
Zedd has collaborated with artists and musicians such as Selena Gomez, Alessia Cara, Maren Morris, and Ariana Grande. The talented artist has been nominated for multiple awards and won many of them, including the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Grammys, MTV Video Music Awards, and many more. His NFT drops feature collaborations with visual artists like, Fvckrender and Sillygabe. One which dropped in 2021 is titled Antipode comprising animations from his partners and original music by Zedd.
