Once you have Collected 10 points Then you Can mint an Additional NFT Mask β€” Creator's Interview

Chris: Hi! Can you tell us more about yourself and the role you're playing in that blooming project?

Justin: Hello there! My name is Justin A.K.A. El Tiguere. El Tiguere is Dominican slang used to describe an individual who is well versed in the street life. I am one of the two original founders of the Crypto Criminals. Which is now composed of six individuals. Every member's name has a meaning and is connected to their real-life persona.  In addition, if you follow our episodic series (available on our website or YouTube channel) you will get to know us even better.

Chris: Crypto Criminals are digital masks of criminals. What were your first inspirations to draw up criminal NFTs?

Justin: My first inspiration to design NFT’s in general was 2018.  I watched the success of Crypto Kitties and thought it was amazing.  From there I drafted what would now be considered a white paper describing the mechanics of a game called “The Ether Ocean.”  I took this to an investor mistakenly thinking they would guide me.   They redirected me towards iOS apps.  This was an utter failure.  Fast forward to July of 2021.  (during this three-year gap I’m buying cryptos, working a full-time job and chasing my tail with Brahtoshi on an iOS app).  The meme coins are pumping.  And the path to success seems obvious.  Attach the word Doge to a coin name and it will sell.  So, I search for Baby Doge.  It already exists.  I search for Grandpa Doge.  This too exists.  As you can see, I like to write.  Consequently, I began writing in an attempt to create a cool sounding coin.  I eventually coined (pun intended) Criminal Coin.  Several days later I Brought up the term “Crypto Criminals” to Mr. Diamondhands.  (With that said Brahtoshi is my partner in crime.  Therefore, we have a tacit understanding that we always work together) I explained that I wanted to launch Crypto Criminals as an NFT.  Mr. Diamondhands said he was interested in working on the project conditionally.  That condition was 01001101 needed to sign on.  For the sake of brevity 01001101 did sign on.  As well as The Crazy Greek and Akumokin (A.K.A. Mojo). With the name selected and the team assembled the inspiration for drawing up Crypto Criminal NFT’s was born.  The concept is if you’re committing crime in the Metaverse then you better be masked the fuck up.  Just like in real life.  No Face No Case.

Chris: Similarly, there is a criminal to the crew crypto addition system. What exactly does it help the investor achieve? When can he add a member to his crew?

Justin: We have a feature that will unlock approximately 30-60 days after the completion of the public sale.  This feature allows you to add a criminal to your crew .  In summation if you collect 10 points you are able to mint an additional mask and do so by only paying the required gas fee.  This is achieved by collecting 10 points.  To verify your points  simply go on our website (when the feature is unlocked) input your NFT ID # (1-11111) and it will show how many points are assigned to your mask.  All but 10 masks will have a value of 2,3,or 4, while 10 Boss of all Bosses masks will have a value of 10.  Once you have collected 10 points then you can mint an additional mask.  The new mask will also have points assigned to it.  This will allow you to work towards 20 points, 30 points so on and so forth.  There is a 72-hour delay between adding more criminals to your crew.  This feature was conceptualized to provide a level of gamification to this NFT collection.  Our next step will be a P2E game where these masks will act at the minimum as an entry ticket.  If you are whitelisted, we will unlock the point feature for you to use before those who collect our NFT during the public sale.  Regardless, for all investors this will eventually allow you to mint additional NFT’s which you can use to leverage in our P2E game.  Or you can sell them on the secondary market.

Chris: The Crypto Criminals released in phases. Is there any particular reason for selling them out in blocks? Also, what will be the key differentiating features of the tokens that set each one apart?

Justin: The Crypto Criminal NFT’s are unique on a variety of levels.  However, let me start with the basics.  The eye and nose sockets are color matched.  From there the focal point is the eye art.  The eye art encompasses several topics which are weapons, drugs, gambling/ loansharking, and crypto currencies.  This is 100% an R rated project and the eye art reflects this.  The masks themselves come in a variety of textures and within those textures a variety of colors and color schemes.  Typically, the rarest designation of anything within this collection in regards to color would be our Crypto Criminal edition. For example, a Crypto Criminal Carbon fiber mask would be quite rare.  Another feature that all masks have are micro logos.  This logo is situated on the top left corner of each mask and designates where you are in the criminal hierarchy.  There are seven micro-logos in total ranging from Associate to the Boss of all Bosses.  Last but not least are the ultra-rare country masks.  Each country of the world has exactly four masks in the entire collection.  These masks have their respective country flag as the mask art.  As we know crime is global.  Therefore the Crypto Criminals are global.

Chris: Moreover, the NFTs also go up for sale for whitelisted members before the public minting. How can one sign up for whitelisting?

Justin: The details for getting whitelisted are clearly outlined in our discord and twitter.  Come join us!

Chris: In addition to this, what does an investor get when he buys a Crypto Criminal NFT? What can the investor do with his token once he purchases it at the public mint?

Justin: When an investor buys a Crypto Criminal NFT at the public mint they have several options.  Hold, sell, or collect more to attain 10 points.

Chris: Specifically, what would be the minting cost of each token?

Justin: The minting cost of each NFT is .069 ETH when whitelisted or .08 ETH during public sale.

Chris: As an illustration, could you please share your minting process with our readers?

Justin: Our minting process is simple.  You can either mint through our website cryptocriminals.io or against our smart contract.  Our smart contract will be posted in our discord.

Chris: At last, please tell us about the key milestones you want to achieve for Crypto Criminals NFT in 2022.

Justin: Our key Milestones for 2022 are continued marketing and community building for the Crypto Criminal’s brand.  And moving forward with our Play to earn/ play and earn game.
