On May 18th, British artist Jam Sutton is dropping ‘Through Constant Decay’ NFT Collection on Nifty Gateway. The collection is presented and curated by IV Gallery. Jam Sutton creates his artworks, exploring the space between technology and antiquity.
Augmented Reality NFT Sculptures will be released within the ‘Through Constant Decay’ NFT Collection. Jam Sutton will drop “Through Constant Decay” Packs as well as two NFTs that will be auctioned off.
Self-portraits of the artist as three-dimensional sculptures inspired by ancient Greek and Roman statues are really breathtaking.
“I want to create impressions of figures, casting a representation of my subject as a digital shell, cracked and imperfect from glitches during the scanning process. I’m attempting to capture the essence of existence and suspending it in digital and physical spaces" – says Jam Sutton.
Each NFT piece dropping on May 18th comes with an AR marker. It means you can place the sculpture in your space, using the Jam Sutton Studio app.
