Coffee-making giant Starbucks is set to launch a new series of digital collectibles dubbed the First Store Collection. It will feature 5,000 unique stamps priced at $100 each.
Each piece commemorates the contents of Starbucks’ first store located at 1912 Pike Place, Seattle, USA. Being a historic landmark, the store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market has become the first point of the coffee movement's birth. The limited-edition NFT collection of stamps will portray a multi-media collage of images, in-store textures, and notable icons linked with Starbucks’ heritage.
The collection will be live on Nifty Gateway and will be accessible to Starbucks Odyssey members only. Those collectors who hold at least two ‘unique journey stamps’ from the previous Starbucks collection will be provided with early access.
Buying one of the First Store Collection items gives the holder access to a 1,500-point reward to use within the Starbucks Odyssey program. These points will be valid through December 31, 2023. Other prizes include trips to a Starbucks coffee farm in Costa Rica, coffee classes, a custom Starbucks tumbler, and beyond.
