Susherito lives in the blockchain and loves the Japanese-Latin fusion, he was the creator of the world's first Noritaco and knows everything about sushi, his skills with the knife are out of this world, he's a sashimi machine and his favorite sushi is the tekamaki (the traditional tuna roll) but with a Latin twist.
He cannot live without his maneki neko, and always has his daruma on the top of his sushi counter to bring some luck, also he is in love with Ginger Girl but he doesn't know it yet, he thinks she loves Wasibator.
