On July 21st, a unique piece of history drops on the Rarible marketplace. This is a digital version of Steve Jobs' Job Application from 1973. This is the first-ever minted Steve Jobs’ Job Application NFT, created from the physical Steve Jobs' Job Application.

By the way, the auction was organized to find out which application, physical or digital, will be sold for more. Both pieces are Editions of 1. The collectors can place their bids for the physical application here and for the digital one on Rarible. An interesting fact about the physical application is that it has already been to auction 3 times since it first went on sale with Bonhams, New York, and has seen an approximate 1,200% increase in value over the past 4 years.

“As we approach the 50th anniversary of Steve Jobs putting pen to paper to apply for potentially his first job, less than a decade before he went on to lay some of the key foundations of our current digital world, we’re now at a crossroad that he’s undoubtedly influenced. Which do we value more, The Physical or The Digital?” – this is the question!

A percentage of final profits from the sale will be donated to the Cancer Research Institute and One Laptop Per Child Association.

So, the Physical, the Digital, or can value co-exist in both? We will find out the answer on July 28th, which is the end day of the auction!
