The renowned digital collectibles studio RTFKT, which has recently become part of the Nike family, has dropped the new non-fungible series of commemorative tokens featuring its life-changing collab with the sports brand.
The “MNLTH,” which is currently sold on OpenSea, was airdropped to current Clone X holders alongside PodX virtual spaces. RTFKT’s skyrocketing Clone X series by Takashi Murakami occupies the top positions of all most reputable NFT charts with a total transaction volume of about 114,600 ETH as of this writing.
As for the “MNLTH” drop, it's a 3D motioned token featuring a metal box with Nike and RTFKT logos in the middle of each lateral.
“MNLTH,” etched with NIKE & RTFKT markings, resembles much of a crate in motion but neither is it a loot box nor a storage aid. What are these mysterious boxes needed for? It’s a mystery for now.
According to RTFKT, “MNLTH” is “powered by DART X or Dynamic Artefact Reveal Technology.'' On top of that, the reveal, which is not based on a specific date but will be pushed by a trigger, only adds secrecy to the drop. Behold one and unveil this mystery by yourself!
Taking into account Nike's acquisition of RTFKT in late 2021, the collaborative “MNLTH” for now can be called Nike's first-ever official NFT.
Stay tuned for updates!
