How I can become an owner (founder) of this mall, or buy the land? And what does it mean?
The lands inside of the mall are free for e-commerce retailers, you can’t buy it or sell it.
What can you buy? – is the mall foundation area assets.
The division into meters is conditional. It doesn't matter where exactly your meter is located, in which of the sections. By purchasing a meter in the NFT format., you become a funder.
This project will be created on the raising funds from this NFT meters sales, so this Meta Meter – is the stock active. But unlike stocks, the share in the MetaMetre cannot be diluted, as the number of meters is limited.
The NFT meters are only 14,400. Now the first 50 meters are selling at a fixed price of 1 ETH. Subsequent meters will be sold gradually and during auctions. A waitlist will be formed from buyers, and they will be notified about the upcoming auctions. Thus, the cost of a meter can increase significantly. Accordingly, this is a good opportunity for holders to either resell meters at a higher price or keep meters for themselves to profit from them in the future. According to calculations, with an average load of the shopping center, holders will receive about $ 1,000 per month from each meter.
