In motorsports, most athletes are dependent on external sponsors to pursue a career in racing. Especially for female drivers, finding the necessary funding has proven to be a difficult task. With the LMG Racing Club, we wanted to provide a new model for drivers and a platform for increasing diversity within the sport.
In our first drop, we've released 1.000 editions of the NFT. We have released them at a relatively low cost of 0.03 ETH as we want the project to be accessible to people. Ownership will give you access to exclusive post-race briefings from Laura, club merchandise, additional race go-pro streams, and future discussions on bringing more female athletes into the sport. It'll also allow you a say in how the project develops because, in true Web3 form, ultimately this is about community ownership.
