Getting my own property is not easy, I struggle with many things such as fake advertisements, inaccurate information of the property and hidden transaction charges, to name a few. After 2 months of property hunting, one day I got so frustrated with the search and all the paperwork that I thought to myself how awesome it would be if all properties are transacted on blockchain.
Spoke to some of my friends who are renting as they are expatriates on a short-term assignment and they have the same struggle as well. So a few of us got together and decided to come up with this website that could make property tractions as easy as ABC. Nah more like VOT - view, offer and transact.
On top of this, we created an NFT series called CyberDiamonds (CD) there are 10,000 normal CD and 20 special CD when any owners mint and keep them for a period of them they will be awarded with $carats. These $carats are utility tokens that one can use to purchase or pay rent to these properties.
The future of property purchasing and leasing will now be made simple because that is what it was supposed to be. No intermediaries and no middleman. Just willing seller/landlord and willing buyer/tenant.
