One of the most prominent celebrities of the XXI century, a supermodel, influencer, and activist Bella Hadid is catching up with the NFT wave. The 11,111-piece NFT collection, dubbed CY-B3LLA, has been in the process for a couple of months. For now, only 1,111 NFTs, which is a tenth part of the total amount, are available for whitelisting.
While the exact date of the drop is still covered by mystery, some details and perks have already been announced to the public. Thus, one of the most awe-inspiring perks awaiting the NFT holders will be provided access to the “real-life locations and events all around the world, where Bella can and will meet holders.”
Among the most jaw-dropping digital benefits, one can name the pass to “private Bella Hadid metaverse mansions” alongside access to the top-tier Bella's brand collaborations. The other details are coming in the next couple of weeks.
To bring the CY-B3LLA NFT series to life, Bella Hadid is partnering with reBASE, a company engaged in geo-based minting technologies development. This partnership is mutually beneficial for both the model and reBASE, as they have a common vision of things: “We wanted a partnership that wouldn’t feel like an endorsement, but rather mutually involved parties that were both developing something that would have deeper meaning and more positively impact our world.”
To emphasize the importance of the region, the NFTs bound to a specific location will be developed by local artists. According to the devs, each NFT in the initial drop features a 3D Bella body's scans.
Thus, the NFTs within the collection will be dropped in 10 different locations around the globe. Thus, to unlock special perks and utilities, the holders will need to be physically present at those locations. Though it may sound costly to some, the project's founders say this move is a crucial part of the project.
“The CY-B3LLA NFT will be the passport that grants admission into an initially intimate community whose goal is to unite human connections within a new global nation that is inspired by and celebrates multiple cultures,” reBASE team said.
Luckily for the initial NFT holders, the first batch of 1,111 tokens won't demand their physical presence and will be available for mint through the project's website.
