To celebrate each of the 25 glorious years in the upper crust fashion and gallery exhibiting, the Paris-based luxury boutique colette auctions off a grade-A NFT collection. With the fabulous launch back in 1997, colette was immediately recognized as the world's first concept store to merge luxury and streetwear, throwing new breakthrough ideas into the fashion community. The boutique ranked top, alongside being the fashion talent incubator for 20 years until its closure in 2017.
Today, the luxury brand has partnered with the recognizable Dour Darcels NFT project from the universe of Darcels Disappoints, for a double anniversary: the 25th year since colette opening & the 10th anniversary of the Darcels Disappoints exhibition ‘150/15’.
With 10 years of fruitful and mutually beneficial partnership under their belts, both colette and Darcel can boast of a wide range of joint projects, starting from exhibitions and loud events to the awe-inspiring mini NFT collection.
The extremely limited edition of 25 one-of-a-kind colette x Dour Darcels NFTs, represented by “friends and strangers” that would meet up from around the world under the colette's "roof."
The one-fifth part of the whole collection is reserved for Dour Darcels' NFT holders, with the other 20 tokens to be auctioned off via the Dour Darcels website on March 20th. Besides, all NFT owners will be awarded the physical perks including an awesome Dour Darcels hoodie and an exclusive verified NFT phone case by Casetify.
