Music enthusiasts can rejoice! South Korean K-pop girl group Blackpink is making a splash in the NFT realm with its first-ever digital collectibles collection. Inspired by their hit song "Pink Venom," these collectibles feature Blackpink group members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa in outfits from DEMOBAZA, a Bulgarian fashion brand renowned for its minimalist and futuristic aesthetic.
This series will be released in a five-day celebration for BLINKs (Blackpink fans) on the VeVe platform from May 22, 2024, to May 26, 2024. Each day will feature a dedicated drop for one member of Blackpink.
This isn't just a collector's item. Owning all four digital collectibles grants you access to craft one free "Pink Venom" collectible card featuring a member's signature. This card makes you eligible for a special craft-to-purchase event that allows you to burn your cards in exchange for a chance to purchase an exclusive digital collectible.
That's not all. The series will also feature two additional collectible sets that will be relesed on the last day, May 26. This includes Blackpink "Light Stick" and a "Stage" collectible.
The Light Stick is inspired by the iconic Blackpink light stick and comes in four unique colorways: Light Stick (Common), Silver Light Stick (Uncommon), Gold Light Stick (Rare), and Diamond Light Stick (Ultra Rare). Adding an element of surprise: these collectibles will be sold in blind boxes, meaning collectors will not know which color they received until after purchase. Each item in this category is priced at $25.
The last set in the series, "Stage," will feature 4,090 items, each worth $50.
