I took many night courses and was a teacher's assistant in their darkroom class at the International Center of Photography in Manhattan. I was a member of the Camera Club of New York for many years - a club founded by Alfred Stieglitz, among others. I sold darkroom prints at art/craft shows for 10 years from 1995 to 2005. As a master darkroom printer, I became something of a dinosaur when digital photography came on strong. I did have the foresight to convert all my negatives to jpeg files. Many of the images you see on this website are from that earlier period. I am so grateful to Opensea for providing a new venue for me to show and potentially sell my images - once again. I feel like this has given me new life as a photography artist, which I have dearly missed in the last 20 years. Lucky are those who discover in life a true passion that they can pursue. I had that once, but now I have it again!
