A relatively new artist on the metaverse scene, NOSTALGIC POP began with a derivative 'REMIX' art collection formerly buried in some files in a cellphone. After getting a taste of attention NOSTALGIC POP announced they would be dropping a signature NFT, which brings us to today. Introducing the Bablien into the Metaverse onto the ETH blockchain, @bablienfactory has been campaigning to GIVE the first few hundred new followers who "follow them and rt their pinned tweet" their own Bablien. Simple as that! With the free NFT they're offering membership to an exclusive website of some sort (mysterious much?) dubbed the Invasion Tool Shop... So far, they seem to be picking up traction. Is this a brand you could see yourself investing in?
There's a flipside: The creator of the Babliens has hinted at meeting the demand. Averting to the possibility of a massive cut on the amount of Babliens before the drop from the initial 10k. Apparently, if NOSTALGIC POP can't give away enough NFT's before they drop, the blockchain is just going to have to survive with fewer Babliens in existence. Crazy? Or right on time?
