Warner Bros. to Drop the Largest-Ever 6 Million DC NFT Collection

In recent days, one of the world's largest media and entertainment companies, Warner Bros. is increasingly getting into the NFTs and web3. One of the latest announcements concerning the non-fungible tokens made by the media giant is about the creation of 6 million DC comics-inspired physical cards, backed up with an equal number of their NFT copies. The physical cards will be designed by a card and board firm Cartamundi Group and will be featuring 155 superheroes and supervillains of the DC Universe, including the recent The Batman, starring Robert Pattinson.

Warner Bros. x DC phygital cards split into six packs, containing from 7 up to whopping 168 NFTs inside. The non-fungible tokens will provide holders with access to the rare DC content, let them acquire exclusive art and film collectibles, and open the door to the community challenges, monthly airdrops, holder-only rewards, and experiences.

The price range of the physical items will be quite diverse, starting from as low as $5 up to $120. All cardholders will be able to claim their NFT copies by downloading a mobile app called Hro. By scanning a QR code on a physical card, the buyers will connect to its NFT component in the Hro application. On top of that, Hro connects holders to the global NFT market, where they can buy, sell or trade their tokens.

All 6 million Warner Bros. DC NFTs will be minted on the Immutable X Ethereum sidechain, with the first batch to drop later this March, and other series throughout the year.

Sniff the wind for updates, as Warner Bros. is to announce the mint date from day to day.
