Chris: The Ascendance Capsule Drop NFT appears to be a play-to-earn game NFT. Is that correct? What is the concept of the game? Does the tournament have a story behind it?
Shawn: The Forge Arena is the first competitive FPS video game to utilize blockchain technology through NFTS & Play-to-Earn mechanics. There will be 11,111 Ascendance Capsules consisting of 2 NFTS each, badges and skins. Badges are used to compete in the $1,000,000+ Ascendance Series Tournament. Skin NFTs can be used in The Forge Arena or sold on secondary market places. Aimed to be the world's first Esport on the Blockchain, The Forge Arena offers a unique user-powered, and user-owned experience that is unparalleled in the space.
Chris: As far as I know, the NFT gives two different objects to the investor, a weapon and a badge. How do these objects help in gameplay? How do NFT players interact with each other in the game?
Shawn: In the Ascendance Capsule drop, there are event badges and weapon skins. The weapon skins can be used in-game asap or sold on secondary marketplaces and the badges are used to enter into the online qualifiers later this year. We are also rolling out a staking option for badge holders to earn Sparks.
