One of the leaders in digital entertainment, blockchain, gamification, and open metaverse building, Animoca Brands, is transferring web3 perks to real life in partnership with global upscale leisure provider Planet Hollywood. Thus, through their joint venture, dubbed, Meta Hollywood, the partners are launching a real-life private hub entitled CLUB 3, aimed at providing upscale benefits and experimental programming for web3 enthusiasts through Hollywood-related virtual and physical memorabilia.
The first in the chain of exclusive physical locations will open its doors in front of the community on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California, in Q3-Q4, 2023. This will be a 10,000-square-foot dining and entertainment establishment split over different locations, including the main and rooftop restaurants, eclectic bars and a cocktail lounge, meeting and karaoke rooms, and other facilities. Founded by one of the most active web3 and metaverse promoters, the new establishment wouldn't go without fully programmable areas for immersive events, such as AMA sessions, seminars, team buildings, community gatherings, and other events, both IRL and in VR.
After the launch of the first CLUB 3 facility in LA, the Meta Hollywood founders plan to expand its presence over the world's largest web3-savvy cities, including New York, Miami, Tokyo, London, Paris, and Hong Kong.
Ultimately, CLUB 3 will be integrating web3 mechanics into the club’s operations, providing voting on seasonal menus for its members and exclusive specialties for certain NFT communities and CLUB3 membership holders. The latter will be split into four types, such as Founding, Social, Global, and Corporate Memberships. The holder-only perks will provide access to establishments in accordance with the membership level, as well as the ability to communicate in a community chat. According to the press release published on the Animoca Brands website, each Membership is available as NFT, and provides its holder with the following benefits:
- The Social Membership is a key to one specific CLUB 3 location for $2,500.
- The Founding Membership is a limited-edition pass to exclusive perks, like a private founders-only lounge, and beyond, priced at $7,500.
- The Global Membership is an upgrade to all membership levels, providing holders with access to all CLUB 3 locations worldwide.
- The Corporate membership is a one-of-one pass to upscale VIP features to be announced in a while.
Additionally, both Social and Founding Memberships can be upgraded to a Global one, for a one-time fee of $1,500.
Speaking about the future joint effort, both Animoca Brands and Planet Hollywood’s representatives expressed their expectations and attitude towards the CLUB 3 launch.
