Trace Echoes is a collection of 5,555 evolving digital artifacts on Solana.
Each Echo begins as a simple 32x32 pixel character with its own visual identity and a limited amount of potential - the number of evolutions it can experience during its lifetime.
Echoes change through ownership and market history. Holding an Echo over time and eligible market activity can move it toward its next evolution. An evolution may add, replace or remove a visible trait, or sometimes leave the appearance unchanged while still becoming part of the Echo's permanent history.
Eventually, every Echo reaches a terminal state: stable or corrupted. Once there, its normal evolution ends and its final form remains part of the collection's history.
