The One is a fully Ethereum-based on-chain NFT, featuring a single "The One" NFT, which the smart contract will choose and reveal once all 10,000 NFTs have been minted. NFTs minted earlier have higher chances of becoming "The One".
I started The One as a side-project with the idea to pay homage to the world of failed ideas, startups, entrepreneurs, endeavors, and inventors. The project is a reference to Peter Thiel's book "Zero to One" - when you do something new, you take risks and a lot of effort to go from 0 to 1, and it's one of the hardest things to do. It's a reminder of the many forces that come into play to make one thing something successful and the many more that are unsuccessful β be it a company, a piece of art, an idea, or a person.
As part of the project, I would like to help as many people as possible with technical questions regarding their NFT project and help them jump the chasm from 0 to 1. Already helped a handful of projects! I'll gladly help with questions, such as:
* How can I make my 10k NFT generative collection mintable from the browser?
* How can I make my NFT collection have a pre-sale?
* How can I set the price of my NFT collection?
* How can I reveal the NFT images at a certain date?
* How can I have a dynamic NFT where the content is user-provided?
* How long do I have to wait before varnishing my oil painting... wait - I can help with that as well!
