Mythic Beast Clan is a collection of 6999 minotaurs NFTs, each possessing unique features. Our inspiration is the fascinating feeling of ancient Greek mythology depicting valiance and authority. We are a community of passionate members well equipped with resources dedicated to the advancement of this project in the metaverse.
Our Lore
Ancient myths spoke fearfully of a beast trapped deep within the winding chasms of the Labyrinth. Half man, half bull; the Minotaur was said to be ferocious and without mercy. Few souls had ever had the misfortune of staring it in the face, much less getting away unscathed.
Those that witnessed the minotaur first-hand dared not speak of it, for fear it would haunt their darkest nightmares. But if they had, they would have realized something much more frightening than the minotaur itself. Each description of the minotaur would have differed slightly, darker fur, red eyes, broken horns. Fear would have washed over their bodies, petrified by their shared realization...
The Minotaur didn't live alone.
The Labyrinth went deeper than anyone had imagined, a truly endless maze of tunnels that mapped the upper layers of the Earth. All exploration had only scratched the surface. A league of 7,000 minotaur’s once lived deep within the Labyrinth, unknown to the outside world, not intent on leaving.
That was until one fateful day, a single minotaur ventured too close to the surface, crossing paths with a human for the first time. The human escaped, and the minotaur couldn't find its way back. Stories of a mountainous beast passed between the people of the outside world, blaming the beast for everything that occurred within the depths of its home. The gossip was harmless, until one man decided to search for the beast, intent on ending its life.
The battle between Theseus and the minotaur was heroic and would be spoken about for an age. But, what they thought would bring them peace only made things worse.
They'd given 6,999 minotaur’s a reason to leave the Labyrinth - and search for revenge.
