This painting was inspired by a recent trip to Southern California. The truth is upon returning to a frigid New Hampshire, I missed this place and the people I had met. California beautifully exposed the mountains and ocean inspired me; the sunrises and the ebb and flow of wind enchanted me. There is a story in this picture, but I hope you can find your own as well.
