smolDAO is going to be a DAO of 3,333 members with a treasury focused on providing funding for small businesses/startups. The goal is to provide the treasury with a steady stream of income through profit sharing with the startups that are funded. Along with the support of a like-minded community, leaders of funded projects will also be given additional resources to ensure success. Mentorships, business plan audits, documentation resources etc.
The larger goal is to increase awareness of DAOs in the web3 space to the general public. Funding can be provided to any venture that the DAO votes on. It doesn't have to be web3 related.
smolDAO will also implement a cap on the treasury. Any additional funds deposited after the cap will be allocated to holding member via airdrops.
