OTTYs are aliens that are coming from the planet Blipdoolp, a water planet that has 95% of its surface covered in water. They came to Earth to learn about people's habits and live among humans. Some of them integrated perfectly among people and they now live a "normal" life as every human on planet Earth, but there are more OTTYs that came to Earth, not to integrate among humans but to conquer the planet and turn it into a water world by melting the icecaps!!
