The visionary artist and founding member of the iconic The Prodigy band, MC Maxim aka Double M, is jumping into the NFT craze. The initial collection by The Prodigy MC dubbed Lepidopterror Collection will see the world thanks to the collaboration with the web3 studio and NFT platform Snowcrash. The drop will go live on Crypro.com on July 27th. The term ‘Lepidopterror’ refers to the order of insects to which butterflies and moths belong. That’s why it was chosen to identify MC Maxim’s inaugural collection of NFT butterflies.
The drop will comprise 888 NFT out-of-this-world creative images of four different butterflies intertwined with skulls and weapons. According to the story behind the Lepidopterror Collection, the butterflies discovered a magic source in the form of Golden Pollen and gave a word to guard it. That was how the tender creatures got their arms. The Lepidopterrors are split into four types: 50 Royal Butterflies, 50 Warrior Butterflies, 50 Worker Butterflies, and 738 Citizen Butterflies accordingly.
The icing on the cake is that some lucky minters will be rewarded with top-notch redeemables, including an A5 signed butterfly print, Dog Tags With Maxim’s Logo, and Large Butterfly Prints.
A few know that in addition to being an indispensable member of The Prodigy band, Maxim is also a gifted artist with infinite imagination, which he realizes by merging sinister and beautiful motifs.
