This collection is inspired by the desert and jungle landscapes of planet Earth. From personal experiences that I had in my travels through those territories, from diffuse memories about some experiences, from stories or visions, I've created these fantasy worlds that look like our own. The main characters in these paintings are pilgrims or explorers who travel on foot or riding strange creatures that they use as transportation. Travelers can be scientists, magicians, shamans, nomads or seekers of precious elements. They all share the spirit of venturing into the reaches of the unknown.
