This art piece is inspired by the iconic moment in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban where Harry was first acquainted with a hippogriff during his “Care of Magical Creatures” lesson. The art piece was assembled from a total of more than 100 digital color laminas which help to create a ‘feathery’ effect for the hippogriff. In contrast, Harry’s arm, in this case, is presented by one semi-continuous color flake which represents the dissimilarities between wizards and beasts.
Just like every other artwork at Lurick, this piece of art will only be listed on sale for a maximum of 1 week.
