This NFT provides a unique right to purchase or rent a real piece of land (for 99 years) in one of the most picturesque places of my country, namely Ukraine.
This right will be obtained by the final beneficiary of the token who will contact me to convert it into a real physical property. In order to do that, the final beneficiary will have to prove the token really belongs to him. Before that, the token can be traded without any restrictions.
This is a unique experience and the first event of this kind carried out and legally formalized through the blockchain system — a bridge that connects the real and virtual worlds.
