I have so many lands that I can call "native" from Central Asia, to the expanses of
snows of the Gulf of Finland, up to the Po Valley. There is nothing left to describe in
geopolitical categories: we are becoming a geological mass, facing one
imminent pressure of nature. The materials produced by man now exceed the whole
terrestrial biomass. Some countries have dissolved into the rich
bowels of the vast precious icings, emptying them. This is why the landscape in all of its own
senses is becoming particularly interesting, it is almost an amazing subject
in our time so anthropocentric.
