Digital dragons is a collection created by young artist Lyssian, who has made a name for herself on the fantasy art scene the past few years, while supporting herself thru school overseas. Lyssian went to Australia at age 14 so she could study thru high school and college to be accepted to University as a local.
After almost 5 years away from her family, struggling with homelessness, health concerns (including a stroke), and gender identity issues, she managed to get to University - only to have that University closed down after one week of school, due to COVID.
She returned to the USA earlier this year, now aged 18, and has been struggling as an artist, trying to find a home (currently couch surfing) and Digital Dragons is her first leap into the NFT world.
The simplistic 24 bit style, is far different than her usual anime style, but Lyssian - herself an avid gamer - enjoys the throwback to 80's style computer games that her mother shared with her as a child.
Digi Dragons 24 Bit collection also includes some Dragons with various Pride Flags which is a homage to the LBGTQ community which Lyssian has identified as part of for a number of years.
