About the Project:
Couture Queenz is a fashion NFT project that was founded in March 2022 to onboard independent fashion brands into the NFT space. The NFTs feature clothing designed by partnering independent designers and holders can claim custom physical clothing items that are linked to their NFT. As part of the utility, we want to partner with gaming metaverses or any virtual worlds for our clothes to be worn by the characters i.e. Decentraland. Our main goal is to build our own metaverse where we will host fashion shows/events and provide fashion brands with the platform to showcase and sell their designs. We are also looking to provide "Metaverse as a service" to fashion brands who would like to create their own presence in the metaverse.
Futhermore, we believe that our startup can exist in Web2 and Web3. Therefore, Couture Queenz clothing made in real life by onboarded fashion designers will contain a barcode which uses blockchain technology to validate the information of the smart contract it belongs to and the current owner of the dress therefore preventing the creation of counterfeit products in real life and also in the nft/metaverse.
About the art:
The PFPs represent unconventional fashion models in different shapes and size wearing clothing designs created by our founder/Artist and fashion designer Bema . The collection currently is launching with 1,111 pieces generated with over 250 traits in total. The collection includes plus size fashion, regular fashion and also modest fashion. There are over 100 different clothing traits as well in different prints and patterns.
Utility provided:
1. Holders will be airdropped a 3D version that they are able to wear in our fashion metaverse and partnering metaverses.( i.e decentraland)
2. Holders will be able to claim physical clothing items linked to their NFT
3. Holders will have access to real life and metaverse fashion week events.
4. Holders will have priority access to product launches and fashion events by our partnering fashion brands in the metaverse.
5.Couture Queenz will educate and donate a percentage of proceeds to British Fashion Council and other causes to support upcoming designers across the world.
